Guest spin QR · one-time

Create a live QR for the guest in front of you. It lasts about 90 seconds and works for one spin only. A photo taken home later will not mint a prize.

Guest finishes brunch → you open this panel (or the phone staff desk).
Tap New QR for this guest.
They scan within ~90 seconds on their own phone.
They spin once, screenshot the prize code, show it at the counter.
You redeem via Scan a coupon (or type OH-XXXX).
Photo of the spin QR later = dead (one use + short life).

Redeem a code

Guests photograph their coupon and bring the photo back. Open the scanner, point it at their phone, and the code is checked and used up in one go.

Staff sessions

Staff desk / kiosk unlock lasts about 14 hours (one service day). Guest phones do not need the magic word: they only spin after scanning a live one-time QR. Kiosk mode (?kiosk=1) still spins on the house tablet without a guest ticket.

Use if a tablet is lost or the magic word gets out.
