Our bread contains wheat, gluten, and may contain traces of milk, eggs, and sesame. We do not use nuts in any of our baked goods, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Our Bread Ingredients
All of our bread is made fresh in the morning. The base ingredients are wheat flour, water, salt, yeast, and a small amount of sugar. We do not add preservatives or artificial additives. This simple list means the main allergens in our bread are gluten and wheat.
Milk, Eggs, and Sesame
Some of our breads include milk, butter, or eggs. For example, brioche and certain sweet rolls contain these. We also use sesame seeds on some crusty loaves and burger buns. If you have a milk, egg, or sesame allergy, please ask us which specific breads are safe for you.
Nuts and Peanuts
We do not use peanuts or tree nuts in any of our products. This includes our bread, sandwiches, cakes, and cookies. However, we cannot guarantee that our suppliers' ingredients are completely nut-free. If you have a severe nut allergy, please speak with us directly before ordering.
Cross-Contact and Shared Equipment
Our bakery is a small shop. We use the same ovens and prep surfaces for all our products. This means there is a risk of cross-contact between allergens. For example, a bread without milk may touch a surface that had milk on it. We do our best to clean between batches, but we cannot offer a completely allergen-free environment.
How to Order Safely
If you have food allergies, the best way to order is to call or message us. Our staff can tell you exactly what is in each bread and suggest safe options. You can also visit us in person. If you need a birthday cake, please give us at least one day of notice. We accept cash, card, and QR payments.
